Shipping Policy
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
Nerdbeak, Inc. ("Nerdbeak," "we," "us") operates multiple platforms including Nerdworth, Sugrworth, YoYoworth, Cliqket, and RepCheck (collectively, "our Platforms"). This Shipping Policy applies across all Platforms that support marketplace transactions.
1. Shipping Coverage
Our marketplace platforms currently support shipping within the United States only. International shipping may be available on select platforms in the future.
2. Handling Time
Sellers must ship items within 2 business days of a completed sale. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The handling clock starts the business day after the sale is confirmed.
3. Tracking Required
All shipments must include tracking information. Tracking numbers must be uploaded to the platform within 24 hours of shipping. We support USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers.
Orders without tracking are not protected under our seller protection policy.
4. Packaging Standards
Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Category-specific guidelines:
- Trading cards: Use top loaders, team bags, and rigid mailers or small boxes
- Graded slabs: Wrap in bubble wrap, ship in appropriately sized boxes with padding
- PEZ dispensers: Individual bubble wrap, secure in boxes to prevent movement
- Yo-yos: Protective padding, avoid loose items in box
- Art and prints: Rigid mailers or tubes, protective sleeves
Use appropriate box sizes. Avoid oversized boxes with excessive empty space.
5. High-Value Orders ($250+)
Orders valued at $250 or more require:
- Signature confirmation
- Additional insurance (recommended)
- Extra packaging protection
Sellers who skip signature confirmation on high-value orders assume the risk if a non-receipt claim is filed. For more details, see our Seller Policy.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers from seller to buyer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. If tracking shows "delivered," the seller has fulfilled their shipping obligation.
For signature-required shipments, risk transfers upon signature confirmation.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by the seller at the time of listing. Some platforms may offer calculated shipping rates based on package dimensions and destination. Free shipping promotions are at the seller's discretion and expense.
8. Lost and Damaged Packages
If a package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ days), the buyer should file a dispute through the platform.
If a package arrives damaged, the buyer should document the damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
